Reset filterCleaning control unit EXmatic 471
Through the combined use of an automatic cleaning control unit and a retractable probe housing, in pH measurement technology, the regularly required maintenance of the sensors can be reduced and thus the manual effort per measuring point can be minimised.
In comparison to conventional, permanently installed measuring points, retractable probe housings offer the plant operator many advantages. Used correctly, this significantly reduces maintenance work at the measuring point in pH measurement technology, extends the service life of the sensors used and increases the reliability and availability of the measured value. Efficient cleaning control is of essential importance for the safe and economical automation of the retractable probe housings.
With the new product EXmatic 471, Exner is now expanding its portfolio of the already established EXmatic 470 series. The new control unit not only impresses with the use of the latest technology. During the expansion, special attention was paid to the user-oriented operation, which is valued by customers.
All the technical features of the EXmatic 470 are also included in the new series. This includes, among other things, the openness of the system, i.e. the controller is not tied to a specific manufacturer of sensors or transmitters. With the EXmatic 471 it is also possible for the first time to operate two retractable probe housings simultaneously and completely independently of each other.
