Maintenance and repair services 

High-quality products as well as their optimisation over long periods are our objective. Therefore, spare and wear parts are in stock for years or are replaced by equal parts. In addition to our stock of spare parts, we submit you an offer for maintenance and repair services at any time on request.

Return consignments 

You would like to return one of our supplied products e.g. for technical inspection? For this purpose, please announce your return consignment by email providing the following details:

• item and order details
• information on the field of application
• reason for your return

We will send you a return form as well as a declaration of decontamination which you must fill in and return together with the product for our internal allocation. Please add all required details and tick the appropriate warning signs. Then please attach the forms on the outside of the parcel.

In particular, this serves to protect our staff from contact with unknown media. For this reason, you should also carefully clean and decontaminate already used products.

Please understand that consignments without completely filled in return documents cannot be processed until the facts have been clarified.
