Established sensor series combined with proven interface technology.

The sensors of the EXcell series stand for safe and reliable measurements in the fields of pharmacy and biotechnology. Due to their 12mm design, they are not only ideal for use in laboratory fermenters, but also in the later production process. The sensors have proven themselves, among other things, for measurements in monitoring the cell growth of yeast and mammalian cells, measuring the concentration of microorganisms such as bacteria and algae concentrations and determining the optimal time for feeding or cell harvesting. The sensors are characterized, among other things, by a high degree of accuracy combined with a fast response. Solid matter references are available as optional accessories for checking the sensors in the field.

The product types EXcell 231 and EXcell 241 are now also available with a directly integrated 4-20 mA interface in addition to the already established Modbus communication. The dimensions of the housing remain unchanged. Existing accessories such as the ECI-01 USB interface can also be used for the new version.
