Exner Process Equipment is now converting its technical product documentation to a digital system. In the interest of sustainability and to improve customer availability, operating instructions, data sheets, and product- and order-related certificates will be provided electronically in the future. This will reduce Exner Process Equipment's paper consumption by around half a ton annually.
Customers can now conveniently access the complete documentation for a shipment via QR code or have it sent by email directly upon delivery. This way, all relevant documents are available digitally at any time – resource-efficient and flexible.
For customers who still prefer the traditional paper format, there is the option of including the documents with their delivery upon request. Exner Process Equipment is thus consistently pursuing the path to greater sustainability without compromising on service.
